Event description: Each year, courtesy of Barclay’s Bank Bridgnorth, they hold a raffle to raise funds for the work of Safe Place Shropshire.

There are some lovely prizes to be won, including a Hamper, Teddy Bear, set of Jess the Goth Fairy books and a few others.
If you call in anytime between 0930 (1000 on Wednesday 20th) and 1630 not only can you buy a raffle ticket giving you the chance to win a lovely prize, you can also pick up one of our “I need Help” cards.

Event description: The 4th Shrewsbury Goldwing Light Parade run by Friends of the Shropshire Autism Hub in aid of the Shropshire Autism Hub is being held on Saturday 6th of April, this is its 4th year. The Big Busk will be going on around the town on the same day, so it will be a nice day out.

There will be a static display in the quarry from 12 noon. The light parade will start from the Quarry at 8.20 pm, riding 3 times around the town, ending up at the Wild Pig pub at Meole Brace for approx. 8.45 pm, where the public can view the bikes and vote on the best bike. We need any volunteer help you can offer for that day, and in the evening at the Wild Pig.

Monies raised will go to the Shropshire Autism Hub.

Signal’s tinnitus support groups allow people living with tinnitus to come together and develop support networks. Here they can not only exchange their stories and share their anxieties and worries, but also talk about their own coping strategies and ways in which they learn to live well with their tinnitus.
